如何正确理解工伤认定中“上下班和途中”？

工伤保险条例第十四条规定：(六)在上下班途中,受到非本人主要责任的交通事故或者城市轨道交通、客运轮渡、火车事故伤害的;根据规定上下班途中的工伤必须是非本人主要责任的交通事故，即要有交通事故责任认定书，否则无法认定工伤。再说上下班途中最好的是上下班正常时间在家庭和单位之间的正常路线，这是最无歧义的。如果非正常时间，非正常路线发生交通事故，需要单位提供充分证明证明是在上下班途中。注意此途中不能无限扩大，比如上外地探亲访友回来发生交通事故一般不能算。
